What you train

Built for race day. Useful every day.

HybridFit combines the two things fitness races test: a strong engine and legs that keep working under fatigue.

01

Engine

Running, rowing, SkiErg and bike intervals that build the aerobic base fitness racing demands.

02

Strength

Sled pushes and pulls, carries, lunges and wall balls, so your legs and grip hold up late in a race.

03

Transitions

Practise moving from one station to the next at race pace, with coaching on pacing and efficiency.

Coached, not just hard

Pace it right and finish strong.

Your coach helps you find sustainable paces, move efficiently between stations and build up week by week, so you get fitter without burning out.

  • Every session scaled to your current fitness
  • Progress you can measure on the machines
  • Pairs well with CrossFit and Pilates

Questions

Something else? Call us on 0483 923 691.

Do I need to be training for a race?

No. HybridFit suits anyone who enjoys mixing running and machines with functional strength. Plenty of members do it simply to get fitter.

Is HybridFit linked to a particular racing brand?

No. HybridFit is Sagitta’s own class. It prepares you for hybrid and fitness-race events in general rather than any one competition.

Which membership includes HybridFit?

HybridFit is part of Core, so it’s also included in Premium.

Can I add extra running or machine work?

Yes. The self-guided Endurance program, included with your membership, adds structured running and machine sessions you can do in open gym.
